Our family would like to thank Alla and the entire funeral home staff for being so accommodating to us after the death of our father. They made this difficult time in our lives much easier. The help was personal, care was shown with going an extra mile to make our loss as smooth as possible. Alla and coworkers were understanding, compassionate, respectful, cooperative, and comforting. We also would like to say a separate “thank you” to the Rabbi Shimunov, who conducted himself with very gentle and sincere countenance. His remarks not only captured the essence and spirit of our Father as a person, but also were delivered in a comforting and healing manner. He did a mitzvah by helping us through our grieving process. We appreciate his knowledge, dignity, grace, emotional support, and guidance. We got so lucky.
