My mom had prepaid for her cremation so when she passed it was a simple process to arrange everything. I loved that there was no pressure to buy an expensive urn or spend extra money on other details. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

I have to give 5 stars to Cremation Society of Minnesota. They did a great service to my family when my Wife passed away this last month. Their professional and caring attitude was a godsend in a very trying time. Everything went seamlessly from the first phone call to picking up her ashes and the followup check in messages after. They're a great group of people there and I highly recommend them.
