I must truly say a big thank you from the White family to Terry and his team from First Avenue Funeral Services. My family came from out of town to New York for one week to do finalize arrangements for my husband's father. There were many things we have not a clue on what to do; things outside of the funeral home services, but Terry was there with us guiding us right through the entire process. He was so pleasant and understanding. I even thought it was too much for him to help us through, but he did. Terry made this phase of our lives almost seamless. Less things for us to deal with and think through. He took our calls any time, or if he couldn't, rest assured he would have returned our calls.
