I should have posted this year's ago. He showed up...I'll digress on his stae of mind but...the facts are..he said as I stood over my sweet grandmother's casket." Don't fall in the hole". Then as he left he ran over a tombstone!!. I had to pick it up and reset it. If he wasn't drunk then there isn't an excuse. Don't use these idiots. To the owners... I'll be happy to meet you and straighten this out the right way. You are not worthy of the job you are responsible for and you have lost your compassion for families that are grieving. If I could shut you down I would.

I met the Ferreira Group at an outing recently. They were there promoting their business. To be honest, I was inquiring for information, wanting to be prepared. They were not very friendly, and I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling from them. I don't feel led to utilize this funeral home for us, unfortunately.

Todd and others, Ashely, Brittny, Ronnie, Jim, Vinnie and I'm sure more behind the scenes did a outstanding job with and for my Dad. From the time they picked him up, to the final being laid to rest part of the services, it was flawless. Many "Thanks" to all that was a part of my Dad's home going. Highly recommend Todd and their services.
