Ms. Kaye and her team are extraordinary! They were prompt, helpful, and provided calmness in what felt one of the most terrible times in me and my family’s life. After my loved one transitioned it felt like I was whirlwind. Ms. Kaye and the Gaines family made space for my family and I to breath, mourn and plan a home going celebration. There were often moments when I felt anxious and like there wasn’t enough time to do everything, and Ms. Kaye would provide advice based on her many years of experience. And, would remark that “all is well”. And, it was through her words and action that I knew my loved was in the best hands, and would be fine. Everything was better than we could have expected, and for that I will forever be grateful.
