Rich was amazing with my adult children when their father died a few months ago. The entire team at Farrell's was professional, thoughtful, and kind. Cheryl surprised us by dropping off a special remembrance Christmas ornament. I highly recommend Farrell's Funeral Services, they treat you like family.

Very unprofessional. During funeral planning Rich was very easy to work with, however after the funeral Rich became scattered and would not return phone calls, even after informing me that there were items which still need to be settled, markers be picked out, and documents to be picked up. Rich also had a hard time waiting for me to make decisions even after agreed upon deadlines. This created unnecessary stress when he needed to go back and change paperwork as he did not wait for my decisions and went ahead anyway. As a funeral director I would have expected him to be very aware that people having to plan funerals are sometimes emotionally unstable and that the desisions surrounding funeral preperations can be very difficult to make. I am very disappointed with his lack of professionalism and would not recommend his services to anyone.

My beautiful mother passed away just 2 months after my uncle and I think I was in shock because I would have been more outspoken about the state of my mother’s body and the condition of the casket. When I got there I had to wipe hair off my mother’s face because someone had trimmed her bangs and never wiped the hair off!! She didn’t have any lipstick on and I had to put it on her! The casket was are scratched up and looked terrible! They overcharged us for thank you cards which I didn’t receive until after I finally order my own to get them out! Terrible service...I would never use them again.
