While needing services from a funeral home is never easy, there are just no words to describe how much I appreciate that Rob made the process as painless as possible. He was sincere and compassionate with his condolences and offered a variety of options and suggestions that helped us make the right decisions for our family. He addressed each and every question we had and then some. I never once felt pressured or like we were speaking with a salesman! There is a reason that Faries has such a high rating and large number of reviews, because honestly who would really think to write a review given the nature of the business, and it’s due to the fact that they really care. Even as we arrived ahead of visitors for a bit of private time with just family the gentleman greeting us as we parked was fantastic. Let me start by saying I’ve had several family members funerals held at Faries but I really have to brag about this one here…my significant other lost a son about 7 years ago to gun violence and now he is living his worst nightmare having to bury another son due to the same circumstance. We met with Rob today and I can’t brag about that man enough! He is good at what he does without a doubt! Rob put his mind at ease from the smallest detail to the largest. He said when we left that Rob made him feel so comfortable and he didn’t feel any worse when he left than he did when we entered that office. If you’re considering planning end of life arrangements look no further!!!! **update** service was yesterday and I cannot even put into words how amazing Rob and his staff were! I could cry writing this! There isn’t a word I can come up with to describe the amount of effort that Rob and his staff put into making sure everything was flawless for us! Our family is forever grateful and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else when it comes to the loss of a loved one!
