My son us the one on this profile 3 weeks after diagnosis leukimiactook him at 23.It took a very very long time to get his body I.My other son was deployed all friends and family lived far away I was so broken and alone with my 2 daughter trying so hard.Did i mention I was on disability so money was bad I couldnt afford all of this after quotes from others.The cost was thousands less.They literally let me have a viewing bring food and let them stay and rest before their trip back.Plus, I don't know how but made my son viewable after almost 1 month .The last time anyone saw my son, it ws beautiful and peaceful. They cared .God sent them in my way to help us. Thank you it's been 6yrs

My partners family were given a really really hard time this week at their service for their mother. The person in charge of helping them was super unprofessional. Constant phone calls were being made to someone (he said the director) and instead of excusing himself and stepping outside for into the back he was just loudly on the phone trying to problem solve in a room full of grieving family and friends. I felt as if there was no compassion or empathy being displayed given the nature of the event. It quite plainly was extremely unprofessional and knowing how much funerals cost a complete waste of money. There was tons of miscommunication behind the scenes and it really showed with how clunky and unpleasant the day was. Not just for the family but everyone attending. It felt like it was everyone’s first day. It took what was some of these peoples worst day and just added an additional unnecessary layer of stress. Plus I heard from multiple people that the bathrooms weren’t stocked with the basics or clean for that matter. Very very very disappointed.
