Sad to say, my family has had occasion to use the services of Falconer 3 separate times over the last 8 years. We have and will continue to return to Falconer for the final arrangements of our loved ones because of the positive experiences we’ve had to date. Everyone we have worked with over the years has been compassionate and professional. We’ve never felt pressured to go beyond budget which is also very relieving at such a difficult time. Options are presented thoroughly and they handle the paperwork smoothly. As for the care of our loved ones, we’ve always been confident that they were treated respectfully. While you never hope to need the services of a funeral home, with life it is unfortunately inevitable, and I cannot recommend Falconer Funeral Home and more highly.

I would give Falconer a 6-star rating if I could. Alexis, the funeral director, and other staff handled all our needs with the utmost competency and efficiency. But what I will remember is their empathy for what we are going through, during one of the hardest times of our lives. I also appreciate that Alexis explained the range of services to us, but never pushed us in any way. She and other staff always kept us apprised of what to expect, and offered helpful advice. Our family has engaged the services of Falconer most recently for the second time in 10 years, and I would never hesitate to reach out to Falconer again if we ever need to do so.

We did an hour service where we requested non domination or a rabbi. The person called in did nothing but recite things about Jesus and how fortunate he was to of had an accident the night before that allowed him to be here at our event. We had several family members break down halfway through because my father was very religious and dedicated to his religion; Jewish. The gentlemen then showed up later that day at my father’s home where we were staying with apology letters; not sure how he got the address. Then proceeded to preach to my brother the same Jesus rhetoric for close to an hour. We also found out that his remains were available on Friday and the address was confirmed. I waited 3 days at my home for my father’s ashes. Thursday I finally reached out to find they had not sent them and would send them next day air. The whole thing was a mess from the service to when we received his ashes. To top it off I’m receiving bulk text messages from them about grieving counseling (I live across the country) and surveys about how they did…. Please leave the mourning in peace after losing someone they love They also seem to be reaching out to extended family members for reviews as well. Once again; let us mourn in peace. It was bad enough the person who officiated the ceremony did not know my fathers name on a few occasions however I can tell you quite a bit about his life…..
