Used Fairmont for my Dad's cremation - Chelsea is the lady who helped us & she is very compassionate and helpful - my mom passed as well & I will be using Fairmont once again

Only saving grace of this place is that they're cheaper than most other places in the area. They got the information wrong on the death certificate (from my understanding about 5 different items were wrong) and when my dad tried reaching out, they were adamant it was correct and refused to fix it without a fee. They also told me that the glasses and ring of my uncle would be shipped out either with my uncles ashes or about the same time in a separate package. My dad has yet to receive them despite having his ashes so one of the last heirlooms of his family is gone. And despite the fact that the shipping cost was built into the price I paid. The funeral director in charge of my uncle's case refused to talk to anyone except my dad (which is fine) until it came to payment and now that payment has been made they won't return calls to help us figure out where my uncles remaining belongings went. We spent just over $1100 (for the cremation of my uncle's body, shipment of his ashes and supposedly the remaining of his belongings, and two death certificates) and they were threatening to add an extra $800 in random fees if we didn't pay the same day they asked for payment on despite the death certificate being incorrect and 10 days of them holding my uncles body was due to the law surrounding finding next of kin. Horrible experience and it makes me dread death even more for the sole reason that my living family members will likely have to deal with a cremation that treats their clients like Fairmont. I definitely don't recommend unless you're in an absolute pinch and have no other options
