This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced - and I mean ever. These people rarely, if ever, pick up the phone and certainly don’t call back even after leaving several messages following the death of my father. It’s bad enough that this funeral home was nonresponsive, they also and intentionally were working with other members of my family during the insurance process and kept me and my sister out of the process. When we discovered this, after a text message they inadvertently sent to me, they also never followed up after that. Though they are not the cause of shady family members’ dealings, when we brought this to their attention to ensure we were also included, we were rebuffed at best and ignored at worst. I beg you: stop giving this funeral home your business.

I have dealt with this organization on numerous occasions. I will their compassion exceeds expectations especially when family members don't have the resources available. I paid out of pocket for both my mom and dad at with similar services at different places and difference in cost was significant. though the service or quality was not. They even permitted me to make payment arrangement for another family member. I can make allowances for people who want to be of service people above making the end of the dollar.

I was so displease with the service of Emma Mae Mitchell was not happy with the way that it was perform late arriving to the church before the so that others could review the body for all those who could not attend the service. flowers were drop on the ground. The day that Emma mitchell was out for review, they did not allow others to view the body even though their sign was saying that they close at 6. Late arrivals were not able to attend the viewing this funeral home is one that I would not perfer to other displease with the place 100%
