My younger sister died 10.06.2022. My husband chose Evergreen Staples for the Cremation Service. Everything from start to finish was handled professionally and with compassion. My husband and I were so impressed with Evergreen Staples, we prepaid for our Cremation Arrangements with them so that our children won't have to when our time comes.

Evergreen Staples service is outstanding. I was lucky enough to learn about them from Scott's wife. Scott is one incredibly able, caring, and compassionate person. You simply can't ask for more. My brother was cremated but we asked to dress him in temple clothing. Scott not only had no problem with this, when we had problems getting his shirt on he came into the room and helped. His lovely assistant helped us get gloves large enough for all 3 of us. Scott helped prior to my brothers death and then made sure everything afterwards went smoothly. I'm sure there will be a very special place in heaven for Scott.

I have never had to deal with with making the arrangements for another person before. The first time was unexpectedly for my husband of 33 years. Oh sure my husband and myself had talked about what we both wanted before. You know, not in detail. Just the basics. At least I knew what he wanted to do with his body. He was only 59. We never took death seriously. And we never planned financially for it at all. Evergreen Staples was confident understanding an extremely empathetic. They took their time to explain everything to me. I went in with the idea that they were going to be pressuring me into buying things that I couldn't afford or didn't need. That was far from what happened. I told them exactly what I wanted, they never questioned me and they never tried to upsell me. They were very respectful and honored my wishes. If I had to criticize one thing. It was how extremely long it took to get the death certificate. I already had my husband's remains back before they even submitted the paperwork for the deaf certificate. If You don't have accessibility to the death certificate. You can't do anything. So it took me about 3 weeks after he passed to start doing any paperwork. that was hard everybody kept asking for death certificate, I didn't have one yet. Even my employer wanted a copy. Everything else including dealing with the VA. Evergreen Staples was there to help. Evergreen Staples helped with assuring I had the proper documentation to arrange for my husband's memorial flag for serving and presented it to me for his celebration of life. Sally at the front desk helped me with the correct documentation that was required from the VA. If you ask those folks a request within reason. they will do everything they can to pull it off. I want to say thank you for gitting me through an extremely difficult time of my life. I would recommend Evergreen Staples. To my friends and family. My family has used Evergreen Staples in our family for the last five generations that I know of and we will continue. Thank you for all you do!!!
