Initial contact was prompt, courteous, and professional. The next day, the Director discussed the arrangements we were making and was very clear asking us which items we wanted from them and helping me make decisions/choices. The Admin staff was very helpful, providing early resources of extra cards and sharing examples of what other people had done, to net an effective visitation display and a lovely keepsake handout for guest to take as a memory card. the service the day of went smoothly and flawlessly, in part because they offered us access to their facility the day before since it was available

I can't say enough about how helpful everyone was at Emken-Linton in helping with care of my brother. They made the process comfortable in a caring way. I highly recommend Emken-Linton for the care of of your loved ones.

They were very compassionate and understanding our needs. Especially the song that was not ordinarily played during a services but respected my husband's wishes to make sure everyone left laughing. Due to his death being unexpected they checked on me on more than one occasion even after everything was complete. Thank you.
