I was very pleased with our recent experiences with this funeral home. Actually my family had two deaths in less than a year and a half. Both times the staff was very professional, attentive, and compassionate as they led us through the planning in an organized manner that even covered questions we didn’t know to ask. While they handled every detail efficiently it felt like they had befriended us in our time of need, for which I will always be grateful.

My family and I were profoundly touched by the respect, compassion, support, and professionalism that were shown to us by Ratterman Embry-Bosse Funeral Home’s staff!. They provided a high quality of services to meet the needs of my family and their attention to detail was above expectations. I felt lost and devastated after my husband’s passing unexpectedly but Lisa helped me in ways that can’t be imagined. She is very caring, kind, comforting, and went above and beyond to make the painful process as simple as it could be in this hard time. On the last minute, Lisa even coordinated the presence of a bilingual priest for the prayer service which meant a lot since my family’s first language isn’t English. Grant Embry has been also great and very helpful even after the funeral. My family and I are forever grateful!!

The staff is compassionate, professional and very attentive to details. They were present for my brother's memorial service and even directed traffic at the cemetery. My family will definitely use them again (hopefully in the distant future).
