Their staff was very professional at every stage of the process and I think they walked the fine line between being at our service yet non-intrusive to perfection. My family was very very large and they were able to accommodate us. They were open and honest about their pricing and did not push any additional expenses on us. When we asked about upgrades, they explained the pros and cons and their cost. At one point my family began to discuss transporting my grandfather from his burial place in Mexico to reunite him with my grandmother, something that didn’t relate directly to their work for my grandmother but that greatly helped us in our decision making. I was able to call Elmwood for advice and they immediately connected me to a member of their staff who was able to provide the answers we needed. This is family run business that will treat your family members with the dignity that they deserve. Highly recommended.
