I cannot thank the wonderful people at Ellis D. Jones Funeral Home enough. We had to make special arrangements to get my mother-in-law from Utah to North Carolina for burial. They worked tirelessly with the funeral home in Utah and were so kind and gracious when we arrived to make the final preparations. They thought ahead and made a place for our graveside service that was accessible for all her friends who would have had trouble getting to the graveside otherwise. They did such a great job and focused on all the details so we could focus on our family and friends who came to honor mom. I would recommend them without reservation. We were treated like members of their family—something that has gotten away from many funeral homes today.

I had the pleasure of working with Calvin and Nina, they guided me in every step, never rushing me. We bombarded them with pictures for a video., They never said it was too many. Absolutely professional. Ellis D. Jones did a wonderful job for us during the loss of our loved one. We were very pleased with our experience with them. Our only disappointment was that we never received the DVD of the photos that we sent for the service. Other than that, everything was awesome!
