I have had the most pleasant experience ever in my time of suffering! What an awesome funeral home service!! They have taken care of two of my family members in the last 7 mos and it couldn’t have been better! I highly recommend them and will vouch for them as well!! Our family was planning on using Andersen Morgan for the cremation of our father who was in hospice and we had multiple calls with their staff on what the process would look like when he passed. Our loving father passed last night (may he forever rest in peace). The hospice nurse comes to confirm death and call Andersen Morgan to pick up the body and nobody answers the phone. We tried calling about 10 times over the next 2 hours and nobody picked up, we tried texting, looking on their website for an email or any human being to contact and we were unable to get in touch with anyone. We had to change our plans while freshly grieving our dad to another funeral home. A full business day later and we still have not received an apology from their staff. If you are planning a cremation, burial, or services for a loved one, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I want to thank Veronica, her husband and the rest of the funeral staff for their professionalism and compassion. They are very, very accommodating to your needs. They have the most affordable rates and in my honest opinion they have the BEST customer service. When my grandfather passed away in April 2016, they were very generous to our family and we are forever grateful for their services. We have since utilize their services and they continue to provide excellent service. I read a comment regarding issues with dropping off flowers and our family has never had this issue. In fact, we have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are very communicative and you can call/text and they respond in timely manner. We have also used them to transport body out of the country and we have had smooth transitions. I will continue to be grateful for their excellent services and continue to recommend them.
