My dad did a prepaid funeral with these people. He died in 2015, but still does't have a death date on his tombstone. I have called trying to find out why. She doesn't know

The only reason I give them one star is because there is no “zero stars” option. This is the most unprofessional funeral home staff I have ever encountered. Our family was treated very disrespectfully multiple times during our too many encounters with them. We were not even afforded the dignity of using the conference room for making our arrangements. We were relegated to the employee break room complete with coffee stained table around which we were seated. The most abominable exchange came when the funeral home’s so called director told us the funeral home was “losing money” on our loved one’s services because the deceased had pre-paid, and that price compared to the current price was causing the financial loss to the funeral home. There were other horrid occurrences but recounting them all is too stressful to relive. DO NOT ENTRUST THESE BUFFOONS WITH YOUR FAMILY’S ARRANGEMENTS!! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! BEWARE!!

Very professional and courteous. I had to plan a service from 3 hours away. Paige and Stacy were very helpful and had a wonderful visitation at their location and great help at the church service.
