Unfortunately at a very saddened time for our family, this funeral home experience was not personable at all. The people that worked for this funeral home hurried along the whole service, their website says they honor vets but forgot to bring my family members flag and present it to his loved one after him serving our country for many years. No compassion from the staff, comforting the family wasn’t a part of their duty, very sad for the mourning family.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is hard enough with out throwing in shady business.. making up prices is one thing but attempting to withhold ashes is against the law... save yourself the stress and go somewhere else...no one should have to go through what my family did

Unorganized and insensitive - Made rude and inappropraite comments and were a distraction during the service. We will continue to support black owned businesses, but it won't be this one.
