Losing our son was a horribly traumatic experience. Thankfully in this time of crisis It was our good fortune to enlist the services of Douglas Fiery Funeral Home. Katie and the entire staff were compassionate and kind, thorough, professional and incredibly generous. They patiently worked through all of the details with us, gently guiding us through everything. The visitation and service went perfectly and was a wonderful tribute to our son. On behalf of myself and my family, I cannot say enough good things about Douglas Fiery Funeral Home. I have had quite a few amazing experiences with family & friends who have chosen Fiery Funeral Home for their loved one's services. The staff is so very helpful and accommodating for all who are involved. Their facility is spacious yet intimate and has different options for specific needs. One specific instance was a fellow motorcyclist friend's funeral who requested to have all the attendees ride so they could accompany the hearse to the cemetery since it was so important for the family planning. The staff did everything they could to respect the family's wishes and changed parking and plans to make this happen.

They were called by the Sheriff to pick up our family members body after they passed away at home. We ended up selecting a different funeral home for the arrangements. The body was picked up by the funeral home we selected within about 36 hours. Fiery failed to refrigerate the body properly and now we have to do an immediate cremation because the body has decomposed to the point where the other funeral home cannot preserve the body. I bet if the family would of selected Fiery for the arrangements, the would of properly preserved the body. The stole our chances of being able to have a viewing to say our final goodbyes. Our family is completely devastated.
