We didn’t recognize our loved one because they did such an awful job. The man who picked up our loved one was rough and careless. Everything was prepaid … big mistake. The service was anything but dignified. The owner was difficult to work with and unprofessional. Nothing like when the Thomas family ran this funeral home.
