Jeanne was very professional and friendly in our initial meeting. Made sure we knew what is needed at a difficult time like this and was willing to take all the time to answer any question we had. After leaving, her follow up was sensitive and no pressure. She responded quickly to any question or additional information that I needed. Because she was unable to meet us to sign papers due to an illness, Corey finished the paper work with no problems and was just as personal with my children and me. Compassion and caring was evident with all personnel that worked with us.

Working with Guy was very professional and I would highly recommend him. We weren’t able to start working with him right away. He allowed us to hold off for a short while until we could get started. Once we were ready he came to us in our home. We have 2 dogs who love people and he loved on each of them. This was such a nice experience for both of us and made us very comfortable

The site manager and funeral director, Riley Confer, and his staff did an amazing job throughout the whole planning process and most especially on the days of the viewing and funeral. Riley, specifically, exemplifies what a personable and compassionate professional in this business should be. He was absolutely wonderful to work with, so *patient*, and never let on that his time was compromised by some of our timing issues. I certainly never let that go unnoticed in my observations and I am very humbled to have had the opportunity to work with him. I certainly hope that others recognize the honor and pleasure of having Riley as their funeral director. I know I can speak on behalf of my small family, and thank you for the beautiful services you provided, as well as bringing everything together so smoothly behind the scenes.
