I recently lost my brother unexpectedly. After driving over 18 hours to get to Albuquerque we didn't know who to contact or what all we needed to do. We also didn't know if he had any kind of life insurance. After calling several different places looking for assistance we ended up meeting Robert Rambes. He met us at just a moments notice, at the end of the day. The entire time that my daughter and I was meeting with him we never felt rushed, he answered all of our questions and went out of his way to help us with handling everything. After he helped us get everything handled I had such a weight lifted off my shoulders! One of the many thing's that he did for us was he helped us figure out how to get some of his ashes to a couple of people locally, before his remains get shipped to me since I had to leave before he was gonna be cremated! Robert went above and beyond! I can't stress enough how much he truly helped our family and recommend going to him for anyone that needs help.

My husband passed away recently and I didn't know what to do. I did have life insurance and my state farm agent helped me find Direct Burial and Robert Rambes and he and his team were great at helping me thru all the steps. I have never planned a funeral and they were great at helping me because the funeral was going to be in Albuquerque and I live in Colorado. They were great and I recommend them to everyone I talk to.

Liddy and staff at Direct Funeral were very helpful and understanding. It is never easy when we loose someone in life and it was an unexpected and hard loss loosing my Mother this year.
