I would like to thank all of the staff at Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center for helping me and my family during our time of grief. I also would like to give a special thanks to Justin, Kat and Carla for going above and beyond what other facilities normally do. They took care of getting my son back from Texas with little effort on my part. I was surprised to find out they have access to caskets that can be wrapped with your favorite college or NFL football team. They also helped me with setting up a graveyard plot that I had not planned for. Everything was handled in a friendly, professional and no pressure way. Thanks again and God bless you all. NOTE: I forgot to mention they have a great & free service that helps with the big question ( What do we do now? ). This helps you with closing out accounts and any other business stuff that we all dread.

Dickson was wonderful and most notably, Casey. Our mom was transported from VA to TN where she was laid to rest in a family managed section of the cemetery. He was so warm and engaging/helpful on phone and even moreso in person. Communicated well with our second cousin regarding logistics. Everyone patiently waited while two folks raced back to hotel to retrieve the casket flowers forgotten in the hotel. Special touch which I have never seen nor will ever forget: Casey handed me and my 3 sisters bright pink roses from our casket flower bouquet and a large blush pink rose to my dad (which I did not see until dad placed his last) to place on her casket before it was sealed. A dear moment. Would trust them with all aspects to honor your loved ones and those grieving. Much appreciation for their true sincerity and profound kindness.

Dickson Funeral Home did an outstanding job in handling my mothers funeral. Kat and Donnie were so understanding and helpful as well as the men who helped with her burial. They really helped with taking the burden off of us.
