Unprofessional......sums Dickens Funeral Services quite nicely. If you'd like to have respect given to your deceased relative, please travel twenty miles or so outside of the Tarboro/Princeville area. Dickens Funeral service has been in business since 1985 but has declined rapidly in the customer service area. Invest in getting a facelift for the chapel, it looks shoddy and unprofessional. What a disgrace. How about posting an obituary with correct dates and no spelling errors within a timely manner? People of color deserve better, raise the bar on your customer service. Isn't being there for families in their time of need is what this business is all about? One more thing, get an IT professional on staff. I am so disappointed. I'd give zero stars if I could.
