Worse experience EVER! Whoever answered the phones on June 8, 2024 around 9:00 am ish needs to find a job where care and compassion are not a part of the job description! You made the loss of my father 10 x's worse that it already was Mr. Go find a job where you don't have to interact with families on their worse day!

I have had the privilege of working with Dave Dicken and staff both professionally as a clergyman and personally. I have been impressed and blessed when working with Dicken Funeral Home as they care and serve members of my parish family and wider community. I have been blessed by their services when my father and aunt died within a month of each other. I am grateful for their gentleness, integrity and experience in helping people at a time when folks are most vulnerable. Thank you!

Attended a funeral here. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the inside was compared to the outside of the building. The set up was a bit odd with the guest book in a room off to the side and the photo board not visible from where you entered the room where the service was to be held. But the staff seemed very nice to the family.
