DL made a very difficult day a little easier to get through. John went above and beyond to help our family through this difficult time. His gentle nature was comforting, and we're so thankful to him and the rest of the staff that helped make this process a little less difficult on us. We don't want to be back soon, but we would definitely return here for business. Thank you.

I do not handle losing loved ones very well. John Brown consoled my family when we were filled with nothing but despair over losing an immediate family member. He made it so we had nothing to worry about which allowed us to begin grieving. I am tearing up just thinking about how sincere and caring John was to all of us! 🥲

All you Hispanics in Vineland DO NOT use their services. It’s all about the $$$. They don’t care about you. My brother passed 8/2023, it took days to transport the remains from PA to NJ. Upon prepping the body and several photos the funeral makeup was terrible and they covered it uneven with pink blush makeup. The director advised me he would fax the forms to VA for a reimbursement. Never happened. I called today to be given a different story. I call a SPADE a SPADE, LIAR. Skip lied to me. I called VA before reaching out to funeral home. They also held out giving us the death certificates that VA approved as NO FEE. After calling Skip and placing him in his error which he knew I recalled VA. The same day they gave our family the DC. Take heed, their not as professional and compassionate as they claim to be!!! Period. Elisa
