I wish I could give Ferreira Funeral Services 1000 stars. My husband passed away early in the morning hours. Brittany Roberts and Casey Starling arrived quickly and was so respectful of my husband and our family. My son's and I met with Casey and Todd Ferreira, the owner. Both were so professional in presenting, showing and explaining each package. Which, by the way, were all affordable with no hidden add ons or hidden cost. Brittany made sure the obituary was correct and sent to the newspaper before the deadline. We had the visitation at the funeral home the night before the Celebration of Life Service. Once again, Casey and Brittany were so thoughtful, caring and professional. The funeral home is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The day of the Celebration of Life Service, Todd Ferreira called me to, once again, extend his condolences. Ferreira Funeral Services bent over backwards to fulfill the requests that we had.. Casey, Brittany, Daniel and Cross Neeley were at the church for the service and at the gravesite. From start to finish, every one of them handled the most difficult of my life with dignity and grace. My husband and our family were treated with the utmost respect. As you can see in the review, I have used all of their first names.....that because they treated us like family. I will be forever grateful to all of them. *Please don't let the negative reviews discourage you from using Ferreira Funeral Services. Those reviews were written on the former owner.

If I could leave NO STARS THEN THAT WOULD BE MY REVIEW!!!! THE FUNERAL HOME OWNER WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She was drunk when she arrived today now mind you the viewing for my brother was scheduled yesterday at 11am sat outside for 3 hours and still heard nothing from her until that evening she rescheduled our viewing today at 4pm and FORGOT she rescheduled she made my entire family feel uncomfortable with her words in the funeral home as we spoke about my beloved brother!!! Then she says we'll let me go see if he is ready... Comes back out asking us to do her a "solid" and come back tomorrow at 2 pm because he was not ready to be seen!!!! He had been there since Thursday can you explain to me why he was not ready when you spoke to my aunt the night before and told her you were dressing him?!!???!!! She threatened me got in my face while the police were there Debbie is very unprofessional and if you love the ones you have to lay to rest I advice you to NEVER EVER use this funeral home... We have had my brother removed from here and moved to another funeral home!!! We trusted her to take care of him and she failed at her job she failed at communicating she failed at reassurance she failed as a human being period!!!! You DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY!!!

When my husband suddenly passed away, a friend told me to check out Dee’s Parrish for his viewing service as he wished to be cremated in his will. Everything went so well that even his “preacher’s family” was impressed with how lovely everything was set up and how smooth everything went. Debbie and Terri were a delight and so easy to work with. I am so happy to have found Dees Parrish at a time when I needed them most.
