This has been the most unpleasant, unprofessional experience I've had while dealing with the passing of a loved one. My sister and I were told repeatedly that they couldn't give us any information in regards to OUR father's remains for over a month. Then we discover that they released his remains to a stranger without even identifying the individual. We only just now got him home and no thanks to this poorly ran establishment.

I lost my dear brother in early April 2024. The only thing that kept me from imploding with grief was the compassionate care by Day Funeral Service to honor his remains. The staff and director were patient, empathetic and professional, keeping me updated on his cremation and handling his cremains with meticulous attention to detail. They arrived perfectly presented and protected and are displayed in a beautiful urn in my home. And moments after I submitted his obituary it appeared on their web site. I'm deeply grateful to the whole Day team and give it my highest recommendation. It is terrible to lose a love one but a comfort to know that a loved one is in good hands. Thank you!
