They re-traumatized our family after the loss of our baby daughter. The staff ignored our request for an urn. We doubt that the remains we received were our daughter's. We contacted the hospital that recommended this funeral home to tell them to remove them.

Daly funeral home is outstanding. The staff was caring and paid attention to every detail we requested, in a timely manner. I reached out to other Funeral Homes initially and instantly felt at ease with Daly Funeral Home. I would recommend them to anyone in need of these services, they were amazing during such a difficult time.

I am extremely upset with the funeral home. As one of the pallbearers for my father- in- laws funeral we were told to be at the cemetery for an 11am start. I was enraged when we got there at 10:30 to see a couple of the pallbearers and some complete strangers placing the casket in place! They didn't even wait for the entire family to get there and they had already started!! Completely unprofessional. I'll never get this day back and I found it extremely rude of them to proceed without the entire family being there, my wife was pulling in behind us.. If the start time is 11, then you damn well wait until 11 to start. If were told they were starting at 10:30, we would have been there at 10!!
