I was totally amazed at how kind and understanding both Todd and Karyn are. I was paralyzed by grief after losing my husband. Todd had the patience of a saint helping me through this most difficult time. He guided me through all of my options and made me feel comfortable with all of the decisions that I had to make. I never once felt rushed or pressured. My husband looked amazing. He had been sick for so long and I was concerned about how he would look. He was perfect and I was so pleased. The facility itself is lovely, comfortable, spacious and not out dated. I highly recommend Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home.

It is welcoming, spotless, well-maintained, and elegantly decorated. The Owner and Funeral Director, Todd, showed the perfect combination of professionalism and compassion. They were top notch with the planning of the service, helping with all the details, keeping me well informed and answering all questions I had. Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home is wonderful. In a time when you are sad and unsure of what to do, they treat you like family and help you through the process. They made it easy to do an uneasy task. They made us feel like we were the only family they were working with. They took time, listened and showed sympathy when this is what they deal with daily. We felt they truly embraced the word "home" in funeral home. It was a beautiful space, with homey touches and heartwarming signs that made you feel comfortable. Todd and Karyn are attentive and professional, but made you feel like you just made new friends.
