During this horrible crisis I was force to face the most difficult challenge in life having to make arrangements for my only son, with the help of staff at Dahill funeral they accomplished all my request quickly. I use this funeral home 2 times for last 4 years first time for my only child for my son and I'm not able to remember anything but according to my friends everything went smoothly. Second time I use recently for my father funeral in last October 2020 all 10 GRACE SPRAY ,Cascat spray, flowers baskets was left in Funeral home and not taken to CEMETERY because driver has no space in his FUNERAL care even we have 20 cars with empty trucks and able to bring with us to CEMETERY, no one apologized for this accident,people spend so much money for flowers for sympathy and they screwed up everything.

Horrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone lied to me saying they did not have my loved one and had no idea where she was. She laughed at me on the phone and said “I don’t know what to tell you, call back another day” After calling the police when I got off the phone with her, it was confirmed that I was lied to and my loved one was in fact at the funeral home. To lie and make people more worried in such a sensitive time in their lives is disgraceful and the woman who was answering phones yesterday should be fired.
