Our family was treated with respect and our Mom was treated with dignity and her wishes were totally respected. After an unexpected death, I was thrown into planning a funeral while everything still felt like a bad dream. This is something I didn’t think I would have to worry about for several more years. This funeral home was on call the night of my husband’s passing. They showed up during the night and were so respectful. They said they would call me the next morning and they did exactly as they said. We set up a meeting for the same day to come in and talk about arrangements. There were in-laws, parents and siblings involved in the meeting. Tony was wonderful to work with and reminded me several times that decisions were mine to make as the spouse. Even when others were calling him to request things, Tony always called me as it was my decision and he wouldn’t do anything before talking to me first. You don’t realize how important this is during a time like this. There were no hidden costs and they were upfront about everything. They even told me that I didn’t have to pay upfront which I was worried about. Just bring payment in when insurance money arrived. This was one less thing I had to worry about right away. I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better. I would highly recommend this funeral home.

Cutler O’Neil was absolutely amazing from the beginning of process all the way until the end. Every single detail was attended to in a timely manner. Their entire staff is very sweet while remaining professional and humble. I am forever grateful for Cutler O’Neil and the time and care they took with my mom.
