Sam Glenn and his team are wonderful, caring people. They were there to help us through the difficult times and are still reaching out to us and helping us get through life events. They did an amazing job handling all of our requests and needs. They handled the details beautifully. My children and I are so very grateful for everything.

Custer-Glenn handled services for both my mom and grandmother. Sam and Kim took great care of our family through those difficult times. They handled every detail and honored every request, with the utmost professionalism and kindness. My dad intends to handle his pre-arrangements through them, and it is such a comfort to know it'll be in good hands. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and highly recommend them!

Sam and his team did an amazing job with my husbands services. We had always used a different funeral home in Wooster. One of my uncles however was with Custer Glenn, I was so pleased with how his service was handled, I decided to go with them also. Lots of communication between the family and the funeral home.
