As a new member of the staff I would like to publicly apologize for any mishaps that have happened in the past. As redevelopment continues We are focusing on making every families experiences with us as easy and that their loved one gets the celebration of life they earned and deserve. I pray that you all can be forgiving. It is my desire to serve the grieving families of the area in which I grew up in with sympathy, compassion and pride in the work I do. And would love to serve your family in the future.

This funeral home had my aunt sign a contract and agreed to services. At that time my grandmother was on her death bed with only a day or two to live. She died June 6 at 5:06 pm. My mother contacted the funeral home and her and her brothers and sisters had to wait hours with no response and my grandmothers body not picked up. The family finally was forced to call another funeral home who came to pick up my grandmothers body in less than 30 minutes. Horrible service and forced the family in to a complicated situation during a difficult time. Horrible service.

If we could leave zero stars for this place we would.My uncle passed and it was the worse experience ever. The director was rude and didn't care what the family wanted. The place is the worse, if you do not want a bad experience death is already hard this place makes it even harder.
