From start to finish, the team at Cunningham Parker and Johnson was professional as my mother and I made funeral arrangements for my aunt. After my initial communication with Bryan, he provided a full list of services and prices which we were able to thoroughly review, to decide appropriate services for my aunt. When we arrived at Cunningham Parker to discuss services, we found Bryan to be personable and approachable as he walked us through the process and answered all our questions. Since we had arrived from out of town and were on a short timetable to arrange my aunt’s services, Cunningham, Parker and Johnson went the extra mile to ensure that we met our schedule. They provided excellent communication and prompt responses to our inquiries. I highly recommend the professionals at Cunningham, Parker and Johnson.

Jordan came to the house and went over funeral arrangements for my dad. He did a great job of explaining everything and we were able to take care of the arrangements. He answered my questions, as well as dads and we were very happy to get this taken care of.

This funeral home is a joke. It died with Brent Parker. My brothers funeral was delayed by 2 weeks because they wouldn’t provide what the life ins required. They also violated WV law by not submitting a death certificate to vital statistics within 5 days of a death. I will NEVER take a loved one to this funeral home again. Stonemoor or Everstory or whoever the new “owners” are do not care and do absolutely nothing. They oversee the raggedy cemeteries in the Kanawha Valley like Kanawha Memorial Gardens, London Cemetery and we all know the nightmares at these cemeteries. Cunningham’s require payment on the date of burial instead of working with ins companies. We transferred my brothers body to another funeral home and we had the funeral within two days! Also, CPJ wanted us to take out a loan through them! Run!!
