Do not go here. Nicki should not be in the funeral business. Was rude and patronizing at first call… which is so unfortunate because everyone else we dealt with were great but after talking with Nicki we decided to move my mom elsewhere. One bad apple ruins the bunch. This is a difficult process and having someone mistreat and talk down to you makes it even worse. Keep calling and find another place for your loved one to go. And even more, we feel their behavior was racially motivated. After writing this review and having no additional contact with this business Nikki sent harassing messages to my business Instagram page.

Nikki harassed me on social media and when I blocked her she emailed me further harassment. I guess she’s not that smart tho because she used her business email to do so.

Crippen Mortuary met and then exceeded my expectations with the preparation of my father, and the final ceremony. Robert, Chris and William are the professionals who you need during such a dire time. Their excellent prices, transparency of itemization of services, and board overview of options and available keepsakes made this a much easier process to contend with. I am glad that we chose a local family-oriented mortuary, as opposed to the corporate types who make you feel as though you entered a swap meet when going over options. My family and I truly thank the Crippen staff for a job well done.
