Once again, this company has created another problem for my family. The cemetery manager had our bench removed from my family’s grave site without being notified. We were permitted to use this bench after this company did not provide the bench I purchased from them. (It was also an effort to get my money refunded.) My parents are buried at Forestlawn Gardens in Anniston. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Crestwood has really gone downhill. We had great service and an excellent planner with Tinley Kirby. However, the roads in the cemetery are totally unacceptable! I thought once my car was going into a sinkhole! And it isn't just one or two places, it's throughout the gardens! It is bad enough to damage a vehicle. Crestwood used to be top of the line and classy, what happened?

I love this place. Never been treated as nice as Tracy treated me. I would recommend using her for all your funeral needs. She is very helpful and kind to everyone. She helped me bury my great grandmother.
