The staff at Crescent Tide were very respectful and compassionate. No sales pressure at all and the whole experience was simple, quick and uncomplicated. While offering a reasonable price they still provided top notch service. Highly recommend.

My step-dad was brought here after passing away very unexpectedly by two very kind gentlemen.The receptionist that was there, however, was so insensitive. Told my mother it was $1000 altogether on the phone. Then the day we picked him up is when they told my mom the rest of the "hidden" fees. Didn't tell us about any sort of payment option and was very pushy for mother, trying to contain herself crying so hard, to sign all the paperwork. We then spent the rest of our savings just so we could get his ashes home. Cresent Tide staff: IF YOU CANNOT SHOW EMPATHY & COMPASSION , YOU NEED TO FIND A NEW JOB!

We recently suffered a loss of a loved one. We initially contacted the Neptune Society as that is/was the family default provider. However, Neptune was to say the least not helpful! I don't want to belabor the myriad of problems we had with Neptune, but it was extreme to the point of emotion damage to the family! We were referred to Crescent and WOW! it was like night and day. We want to commend "Cora". From the minute she stepped in as our FD we felt heard, cared for, informed, and were put at ease. She not only provided the necessary information, but she also went above and beyond to educate us, offering welcome suggestions and preparing us every step of the way. Some of the primary family members live out of state so the care she took to provide timely, accurate and thorough communication was vital. She swooped in and saved the day!!!! Our eternal thanks!
