Very poor communication and follow through!! We had a loved one pass away about 2 months ago and Creran was recommended to us to handle the details. They never return calls, rarely return emails and the only timely thing we've recieved is the bill for their "services"!! Even though the E-Bituary was sent to them to post on their site a while ago...it's still never been posted despite numerous calls and emails. They sent their own placeholder obituary out instead. There were other problems I will never post here for privacy reasons but I definitely would not recommend them. Death of a loved one is difficult enough without this on top of it.

Just to reiterate what my husband stated, we would highly recommend Creran Celebration. Dennis was kind, compassionate and assisted us with everything we needed. His patience and care was greatly appreciated at such a difficult time.

My 14 month old passed away in his sleep. Tim Creran asked if I wanted a lock of his hair. I said no, because his hair was one of my favorite parts of him and I did NOT want his first haircut to be when he was dead. I wanted him to be in one piece. Well, Tim went behind my back and spoke to my mother, and the 2 of them decided to cut his hair “in case I regret it.” It is 11 years later and I am still not over that. I didn’t know what to do when I was mailed hair weeks later against my wishes. We ended up burying it with a memorial tree. But then in 2020 we moved. And I couldn’t dig up an entire tree for hair in who knows what condition. So now my deceased sons hair is in someone else’s yard AGAINST MY WISHES. I was the mom. Not a young mom either. I knew what I wanted. And Creran funeral home did what they wanted anyway. Now anytime I look at a photo of my baby and see his hair, I’m reminded he’s not in one piece. He had his first haircut in a FUNERAL HOME. The level of disrespect is something I cannot get passed. They should be ashamed of themselves.
