cremation source for the most part handled my father’s death amazingly I called so many times with so many questions and Ben answered every question very kindly. When I got there to pick up my father‘s ashes today, a lady opened the door for me straight face no smile and just being very short. You’re working with people who have just lost a loved one and you can’t even greet somebody with a smile or be kind in any way. I was tearing up when she was handing me my father’s ashes, of course, and she just handed them to me said nothing and just walked away.
