Since their price was very reasonable and had a lot of good reviews, we decided to go with them when dad passed away. We are so glad that we did. They kept the same price as what they quoted us. They didn’t try to sell us anything that we didn’t ask for. The whole process was painless. We just needed to fill out a few forms through DocuSign, they took care of everything, including notifying social security administration (which was a huge relief considering the long wait time on SSA phone line recently). Douglas, the director, was highly responsive to our questions and requests. When we picked up the urn, the staff was very courteous and respectful. The urn and all the documents were well packaged.
