My Husband died early July. I was unprepared as my time was spent as his caregiver. I continue to cry alot with triggers. The office manager, Robin, has been extremely efficient with attention to details involving passing of a loved one including multiple death certificates, urn, splitting ashes, etc. I am deeply grateful to Robin and this agency for Robin's compassion, professionalism and personal support during this time of extreme turmoil. My dear husband passed away at home in hospice care. When we made the call to Capitol Cremation, they gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye, then so gently and respectfully wrapped him up and took him away. After that they took care of everything, death certificates, options for burial and containers. They even arranged to have his ashes divided into four bags, for me and his three daughters. Everything was handled with respect but most of all real compassion.
