We'd previously arranged another funeral through them in 2011, and our high expectations based on that previous experience were definitely met. There was never, on either occasion of doing business Cress, any sort of "hard sell" nor any sign of commercialism about the process. We had to make some decisions of course, but, importantly, we didn't have to _worry_ about anything.
