Today I called to figure out how to navigate making arrangements for my brother. Your female funeral director was so rude and lacked any level of compassion. I understand you deal with funerals constantly, but it's my first time. Handle people with care. I wasn't crying. I wasn't hard to understand. I was just trying to get basic information. The woman couldn't even try and sound kind, she was nasty. Her tone was condescending. It was disgusting. She should be ashamed. My daughter was heartbroken hearing the interaction.

Crain Funeral Home recently handled my cousin's funeral. He was a retired first responder who deserved to be treated better than he & his family were treated. I'm extremely disappointed in the way his loved ones had to say their final goodbye. The lack of dignity & compassion shown has left them feeling devalued. Our family has used Crain Funeral Home in Dongola for years. I hope this isn't indicative of their future business practices.
