If I could give negative stars I would! I had no choice in funeral home as he was the one on call. Not a single one there, not the owner, his son or any secretary is competent. They made this experience absolutely horrible. They never called me, I had to chase them and never got a straight answer. They lost my dad’s file! It took 2 months to get his ashes and 2.5 years to get his death certificate. All they ever said was I don’t know. What do you mean you don’t know? It’s your business to know! At one point they blamed the M.E. for holding things up, that was a lie. Evident by the date he signed the death certificate, shortly after my dad died yet I got the certificate 2.5 years later from the funeral home. AND after I paid them off they still charged me. They were downright DISRESPECTFUL. I’m so disgusted and irate doesn’t cover it. I am reporting them to the funeral board of directors. I’ve got lots of notes.

We used Craddock Funeral Homes this past summer. They were professional, understanding, and extremely patient in helping us through the loss of our Grandmother. Melinda was the ultimate professional. She was possibly the one of the most helpful and accommodating people I have ever met. She really went the extra mile for our family. Their funeral home is beautiful, and staff is responsive. Thank you to Melinda and everyone at Craddock for helping us fulfill our Grandmother's wishes.

Upon on my mom's death in May, 2013 we asked Craddock Funeral Home to handle to services. They were extremely kind and professional in helping us through a difficult time. We were treated like family. We have ZERO complaints with the staff at Craddock. We have great faith and respect for Craddocks (especially Melinda!)--so much so that when my father died seven months later we immediately asked them to do his service as well. Again, we were welcomed like family and treated like royalty. We were on a very tight budget for my dad's service and upon explaining this to the staff, they helped us select services that were affordable to us, never trying to sell us more than we really needed. I highly recommend them to anyone in the unfortunate position of needing a funeral home. Teresa Stoker Sherling
