After losing our mother at a very young age, and just getting back from watching her pass away 15 hours away, the staff of Cox funeral home were very rude to me, my siblings and family in regard to my mothers funeral arrangements. Krista was mad that we made arrangements to fly our mother home since they didn’t get the money for driving to get her. We also already had a casket picked out for her and they did not like that either. My brother told them that he felt as though they were worried that we already had things picked out and that they seemed to be worried about losing money, and Krista replied “well, we are”. The owner, whom I’ve been told is her grandmother, told us if we feel as though they are rude, that we should take our business elsewhere. Definitely only in the business for money, rather than honoring the deceased and their loved ones. Beautiful funeral home, but very unsympathetic people with unkind demeanor from both of them. We went straight over to House-Gregg funeral home after being extremely sad and disappointed and they were excellent and very kind and caring the entire process.

I do not recommend using Cox Funeral Home They did an awful job on my Mothers funeral. They cut cost at ever corner and provided subpar service. My Mothers looked horrible, nothing like her self. She was grey. They made no attempt to put make up on or style her hair correctly. Even though we were charged some 300 dollars they did the work themselves. She looked nothing like herself. Also we paid for a flower van but they made no attempt at loading our flowers or pulling the cards. We had to do ourselves before going to the grave site because they funeral home was closing. Owner is snippy and put other people down. Just HORRIBLE. Made the worst day off my life worse!

They're were very nice and helpful and took care of all of our needs. Good people.
