Very cold funeral home and I'm not talking about the temperature. Names spelled wrong in obituary after we were asked how we wanted it spelled. The picture boards were moved the day of funeral and no lighting. We had to use our flashlights from cell phones to see them. We had food brought in from family and was not told about it. Was not shown where the kitchen was. At 8pm when service ways over they told my sister n law there was food. After we had all took turns leaving to eat, when we had food there. Just disappointing

I could not ask for better service than Cowherd and Parrot provided when my dad passed away. They were kind an patient with every detail and every request. Walt and Deana were very knowledgeable and answered every question. From Mr. Pervis picking up my dad to the final detail I was very pleased.
