For generations, it has been a family tradition to call upon the funeral home at our time of need. Recently, our father passed away and John, Roberta, Ted, Kimberly and all of their supporting staff took care of us, and everything for dad's wake, Mass and out-of-state burial. It’s never easy to lose a loved one but when you lose your mother suddenly, it leaves a devastating hole in your heart. Trying to juggle grief and handling a funeral can be extremely difficult if you’re not in the right hands, but I can honestly say that I have nothing but admiration for O’Neill funeral home and every single one of their staff members. I’ve been to many funerals, and I’ve seen disasters happen which only added to my anxiety having to be in charge to make sure my mother is laid to rest how she would have wanted. From the second I met the staff at O’Neill until my mother was laid to rest, I received nothing but compassion, professionalism, patience, guidance, and complete support. I cannot thank the staff enough for the beautiful job they did, my mother looked so beautiful, and the setup was amazing. I will be planning my father’s departure through O’Neill when the time comes.
