The gentleman we spoke to was nice enough. The service was bad however. We had a son pass away and the body taken here for cremation. First off; just cremation costs 1695.00. That's 700.00 more than Little Rock or Morrilton. Second complaint, we were told we would be contacted when our son's ashes were ready; this was on June 30th. Friday, July 5th, we contacted them because we had not heard anything. We were told - and i quote "Sorry, we forgot but we will get it done today". Funeral was on Saturday and they knew this because they had to post the obituary. Needless to say me and my wife were a wreck and this didn't help matters. Now on to the next hiccup. We had to call them about the death certificates we had them take care of. They had not done them because they needed the SS#. This was two weeks later! They could've called us or the police both of which had the SS#. This ordeal made burying my son even more upsetting and I think 1 mistake okay, two mistakes is a bit much, but three mistakes!? Sorry to vent but this was our personal experience and we won't be using them in the future.

This is how they left my granny’s grave. They buried her like she was nothing. Me and my family are so upset. They ran over someone’s headstone as well. Not really sure where my granny is buried underneath all that dirt. That’s how they left her. No respect at all!

Worst experience! Just intensified grieving! They took my brother on the 31st. We thought my brother was still at the crime lab. It was extremely upsetting thinking his body was just sitting in a freezer. Come to find out, They had my brother back from crime lab on the 8th and cremated him on the 9th and didn't tell us they had him at all.. After calling the crime lab on the 17th, I was told Cornwell picked him up from them on the 8th. They NEVER told us he was ready! Total disregard for the family!! They only caused more grief. When my parents went up there to sign the papers before he was cremated, my dad asked to pay and they said they didn't need payment at that time. I reached out by email and they never replied. I called just one minute after closing on the 17th, and got an answering service. An apology isn't sufficient for the added suffering they caused.
